An issue with the Ricoh 3500M utilising EPS licensing where the endpoint did not display the contact lists and recent call history. This affected P3500M devices globally.
The issue was first reported at 8:30am UTC on the 27th of May and resolved by 9:30am UTC by the Pexip DevOps team.
