Monitoring
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. The Tokyo PoP has been returned to production and calls are routing via this PoP.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. Tokyo PoP has been taken out of production and calls have been routed via alternative PoPs.
