Ireland Phone number change Jan 1, 00:00-00:01 UTC
Regulatory authorities in Ireland have made the decision to discontinue the number range containing our current Irish number.

Our current/old format for our Irish number is: +353 766 801190

The new dialing format will be: +353 190 39773

Both numbers will continue to work for our service until 2022-01-01 when our in country provider will discontinue our current number and only the new number will work.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented by Pexip engineering and we are monitoring the results.

Identified - We have identified an issue where Pexip Registered devices calling to Zoom Room Connectors in some theatres will drop a call after 30 seconds.

At this time we have replicated the issue calling to zoom domains within EMEA as well as the specific Zoom connector domain zmeu.us & zmau.us.

At this time we are unable to replicate the issue calling to zoom domains from the Americas.

We are currently working to raise this issue with Zoom while we investigate additional mitigation efforts from the Pexip side.

As a workaround for now users can dial zmus.us or zoomcrc.com Zoom domains.

Resolved - The issue has been mitigated on the network provider side. No further incidents have been monitored and we have restored calling and registration to the Hong Kong (HKG) PoP.

Scheduled - Regulatory authorities in Colombia have made the decision to change dialing prefixes in Colombia to enhance dialing structure in the country.

Our current/old format for our Colombian number is: +57 15086967

The new dialing format will be: +57 60 15086967

Both formats will continue to work for our service until 2021-11-16 at 10:00 UTC when our in country provider will migrate our Colombian number to only support the new format.
