VMR and Teams Gateway Service Upgrades Feb 13, 00:00 - Feb 14, 21:00 UTC
The DevOps team will be performing updates to the VMR platform and Teams Gateway services to bring new features, functionality, and bug fixes to users.

We anticipate that users who are in ongoing or new calls during the maintenance period will not be affected. However, it could be possible that a new call might not connect for a few minutes as the updates are deployed to each specific region.

Scheduled - The Infrastructure team will be performing upgrades for the components of the PoP infrastructure in Frankfurt and Johannesburg.

The PoPs will be out of production traffic with the registration and calling services being migrated to other PoPs prior to the maintenance. The calls started before the maintenance and still ongoing during the window will be disconnected.
