Update - Our PSTN provider is continuing to work with in country regulators, and hopes to have the situation resolved in the coming days. Until our PSTN provider restores services we have temporarily removed the number from our listings to prevent confusion.

Identified - PSTN Number to Bahrain have been suspended by the Bahraini regulator since Sunday morning.
We are currently in discussion with in-country partner to un-block the dial-in numbers for Bahrain.

The Infrastructure team will be performing updates to the physical components of the PoP infrastructure in the US West region.

The PoP will be out of production traffic with the registration and calling services being migrated to other PoPs prior to the maintenance. The calls started before the maintenance and still ongoing during the window will be disconnected.

Monitoring - Our network provider has identified that a hardware failure occurred in London, causing some disconnects to customer that transited though London. Re-routes occurred automatically but did take some time for convergence. All connections should be normal at this time.
