Scheduled - The DevOps team will be performing updates to the VMR platform, Teams Gateway, and Google Gateway services to bring new features, functionality, and bug fixes to users.

We anticipate that users who are in ongoing or new calls during the maintenance period will not be affected. However, it could be possible that a new call might not connect for a few minutes as the updates are deployed to each specific region.

Scheduled - We are pleased to announce that the Toronto PoP will receive significantly compute and networking infrastructure upgrades this upcoming weekend.
These upgrades require us to take the PoP offline starting the evening of October 30th due to a required data center migration.
Maintenance is expected to last the duration of the weekend, while the PoP is offline, customers who usually connect to this PoP will automatically be served by other PoPs.
Identified - To mitigate quality issues being experienced in Canada, we are moving all Canadian-based traffic down to our US East POP starting at 21 CET until the completion of the scheduled maintenance this weekend. All traffic will be diverted automatically and should not impact any existing calls or conferences ongoing. Although the latency may be increased a bit, the overall experience should improve once this is completed.

Scheduled - Pexip's ISP will be performing network maintenance in the Frankfurt PoP.
The PoP will be out of production traffic with the registration and calling services being migrated to other PoPs prior to the maintenance. The calls started before the maintenance and still ongoing during the window will be disconnected.
