VMR and Gateway Service Upgrades Feb 29, 10:00 - Mar 1, 22:00 UTC
The DevOps team will be performing updates to the VMR platform and Gateway services to bring new features, functionality, and bug fixes to users. We anticipate that users who are in ongoing or new calls during the maintenance period will not be affected. However, it could be possible that a new call might not connect for a few minutes as the updates are deployed to each specific region.

Resolved - We have identified an unexpected call processing delay in EMEA which caused intermittent call failures. We are continuing to analyze the issue with our operational and development teams to identify the root cause.

No further issues have been observed or reported and all systems are operational at this time.

Monitoring - Calls are operating normally at this time. We are continuing to monitor this issue and believe that the issue was isolated to calls within EMEA. We have identified a number of call failures and are working to find the root cause of the disturbance.

Resolved - While our PSTN provider is continuing to work with in-country regulators we are unsure of when an agreement is expected to be reached. Due to this we have permanently removed the PSTN Number for Bahrain until further notice.

Update - Our PSTN provider is continuing to work with in country regulators, and hopes to have the situation resolved in the coming days. Until our PSTN provider restores services we have temporarily removed the number from our listings to prevent confusion.

Identified - PSTN Number to Bahrain have been suspended by the Bahraini regulator since Sunday morning.
We are currently in discussion with in-country partner to un-block the dial-in numbers for Bahrain.
