Starting on March 15 2024 the service will begin to use certificates that are signed by the same Certificate Authorities that we have been provisioning to Cisco endpoints since November 2023.

For most customers no action is needed for this change.

Which systems are affected?
Affected systems are any Cisco devices running Cisco CE or RoomOS software that are registered to the Pexip Service but are NOT provisioned by the service.

Resolved - Resolved: The problem with Incoming SIP calls from unregistered endpoints in the Frankfurt PoP has been identified and successfully addressed. SIP calls may not have been routed correctly, but the issue is now resolved as of 2024-02-21 08:41 AM UTC and all systems are operational at this time.

Scheduled - The Pexip Service Ops team will be performing maintenance on our service platform. This may lead to a brief interruption in the availability of Partner Portal, VMR, and Interoperability services. We anticipate that ongoing calls will likely experience minimal disruption. However, for a short period of time during the maintenance window, users may encounter difficulties when attempting to initiate new connections.
