Update
The scope of this maintenance has been split into two parts scheduled separately.
The 1st part: 30-minutes window where calling and registration within Mainland China - will be carried out as scheduled on 2019-05-18 within a shorter window, 14:00-16:00 UTC.
The 2nd part: one 3-hour window where international calls will be interrupted and local calls within Mainland China will not be impacted - will be carried out at a later date. A separate announcement will follow.

The network team will be performing maintenance on our POPs within mainland China to prepare for future enhancements.
During this maintenance, there will be: - a 30-minutes window where calling and registration within Mainland China will be interrupted - one 3-hour window where international calls will be interrupted and local calls within Mainland China will not be impacted.
