There has been a delay caused by external factors and the ISP could not begin the maintenance on time.
The tests on the lines started at 11:30 UTC. International calls to and from China Mainland will not complete, local calls will not be affected.
The maintenance window has been extended by 4 hours to allow ISPs to continue with the maintenance tasks. The new end-time of the maintenance is 17:00 UTC on 2019-05-25.

During this maintenance, there will be one 3-hour window where international calls will be interrupted and local calls within Mainland China will not be impacted.
