The DevOps team will be performing updates to the VMR platform and Gateway services to bring new features, functionality, and bug fixes to users.
We anticipate that users who are in ongoing or new calls during the maintenance period will not be affected. However, it could be possible that a new call might not connect for a few minutes as the updates are deployed to each specific region.
