Scheduled

The public SSL certificate used for the SIP services will be rotated starting 1 August 2026. The new certificate will be signed using the ISRG Root X1 Root Certificate Authority, which has been provisioning to Cisco endpoints since November 2023.

For most customers no action is needed for this change.

Which systems are affected?
Affected systems are any service-registered or standalone Cisco devices running Cisco CE or RoomOS software that are NOT provisioned by the Pexip Service and don't have the the ISRG Root X1 certificate installed. For provisioned systems we have already uploaded the new Root CA certificates to those devices via our provisioning service.
