Network Infrastructure Maintenance in Tokyo and Sydney
Scheduled for Oct 24, 08:00 - 11:00 UTC
Scheduled
The Pexip Infrastructure team will be performing maintenance on the core network in the Tokyo and Sydney Points of Presence (PoPs).
Both PoPs will remain in production throughout the maintenance window. The maintenance is limited to the Tokyo and Sydney locations and may impact connections to Microsoft Teams meetings via CVI and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) calls for a short period within the window.
During that period, users may experience difficulties when attempting to initiate new CVI or MTR connections, and active calls may be disconnected.
No impact is expected to other services or to any other PoP locations.
