LDAP Phonebook address change on the Pexip Service

The LDAP Phonebook server address used by Poly/HP and Avaya video endpoints will be updated starting 1 September 2026. The address is changing from api.moon.vp.vc to ldap.vp.vc.
For most customers no action is needed for this change.
Which systems are affected? Affected systems are Poly/HP and Avaya endpoints configured to use the LDAP Phonebook from the Pexip Service and not provisioned by the Pexip Service. Provisioned systems have already received the new address (ldap.vp.vc) via our provisioning service, so no action is required.
What action is required? Customers who do not use provisioning must manually update the LDAP Phonebook server address on affected endpoints from api.moon.vp.vc to ldap.vp.vc.
