Investigating
Users on iOS and Android devices are unable to login to the MMV app or join guest meetings with the conference name and numeric IDs. Some users have also reported the app crashing while loading.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and recommend utilising the web or desktop app on a PC in the meantime.
