The VC Operations team will conduct maintenance on the VMR platform and launch an updated version of the mobile and desktop MMV clients.
We anticipate that VMR users who are in ongoing or new calls utilising SIP, H323 and WebRTC will likely experience minimal disruption during the maintenance window.
VMR users may encounter difficulty joining meetings that were initiated prior to the maintenance period. It is necessary for those meetings to be concluded before users can access them again.
If WebRTC users encounter any difficulties with content sharing in VMR conferences, we advise them to simply restart the MMV client or refresh the MMV web page. Mobile users may need to manually update the MMV application on their phones if automatic updates are not enabled.
