Incoming calls from unregistered endpoints are failing. We are looking into the issue.

This incident affected: Connect for Microsoft Teams Meetings, Connect for Google Meet Meetings, Virtual Meeting Room (VMR) Service and Video Systems (Endpoints) (Registration).
