No further issues have been observed or reported and all systems are operational at this time.

A fix has been implemented by our network provider, we have also observed that some trans-Atlantic calls may have been disrupted between 14:13 and 14:37.

Our network provider in the UK has identified an issue with a router in our London PoP and is currently working to restore full network connectivity. Some intermediary routes have also failed which will also be restored soon.

We have observed some intermittent call failures due to network connectivity issue, we are currently investigating the scope of this issue.
