On 20 January 2026, between 09:55 and 20:25 UTC, HP/Poly endpoints registered to the Pexip Service may have experienced issues accessing the LDAP phonebook directory.
The issue was identified as being related to a recent planned service update. The change was subsequently reverted, and normal functionality was restored.
