The Pexip Infrastructure team will be performing maintenance on the core network across our European Points of Presence (PoPs).
The PoPs will remain in production throughout the maintenance window. The maintenance may impact connections to Microsoft Teams meetings via CVI and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) calls for a short period within the window.
During that period, users may experience difficulties when attempting to initiate new CVI or MTR connections, and active calls may be disconnected. This applies to Microsoft Teams CVI and MTR calls connecting via a European PoP, including calls originating outside Europe.
No impact is expected to other services.
