Regulatory authorities in Colombia have made the decision to change dialing prefixes in Colombia to enhance dialing structure in the country.
Our current/old format for our Colombian number is: +57 15086967
The new dialing format will be: +57 60 15086967
Both formats will continue to work for our service until 2021-11-16 at 10:00 UTC when our in country provider will migrate our Colombian number to only support the new format.
